Korea Times features Prof. Robinson's case study on Pitney Bowes

The Korea Times recently published a case study on Pitney Bowes written by Hitotsubashi ICS professor, Patricia Robinson. Pitney Bowes is ranked among world’s largest firms in the Software 500. Through combining databases with software to personalize mail and integrate it into a multi-media strategy, Pitney Bowes is one of the most sophisticated communications management companies in Asia.

According to Pitney Bowes Korea’s general manager, Glynn Brasington, who was interviewed for this case study, "if you want to lead the Asian market in customer personalization, you had better start with an Asian design. You can’t architect language into software afterwards."
