Korea Times features Prof. Fujikawa's case study on Kumon
In the past few years, Prof. Yoshinori Fujikawa in his Service Management course has had insightful discussions in the classroom about how world-renown leader in Japanese education, Kumon, succeeded in making its operations relevant outside of Japan. Recently, The Korea Times published this case study.
What makes this case especially interesting is that it discusses a company outside the manufacturing realm in which many Japanese companies, such as Toyota, Sony and Canon, are known to excel.

Prof. Fujikawa is an Associate Professor at Hitotsubashi ICS. Before joining ICS, he was a lecturer and research assistant at Pennsylvania State University, and a research associate at the Mind of Market Laboratory and the Division of Research at Harvard Business School.
