Knowledge Week 2009

Every year, all students at Hitotsubashi ICS participate in a special one-week program, known as Knowledge Week, which is designed to provide them with an opportunity to take a step back from their regular course work in order to reflect on what they have been learning in their MBA studies and to start integrating this learning with their future goals.

Through interactive sessions with faculty members from multiple disciplines and workshops with outside guests in diverse fields, students discuss a wide range of topics, including business ethics, classical literature, creative thinking, and philosophical beliefs.

Knowledge Week enables students to clarify and develop their mission, vision, and values as future business leaders. It also allows them to begin preparing their Knowledge Report, a required assignment for graduation that is submitted at the end of each academic year at ICS.
