Hitotsubashi ICS believes that it is important for the school and its students to be connected to the real world. More than 60% of the Hitotsubashi ICS faculty has extensive business experience, and many of them sit on the Boards of Directors of leading Japanese companies.

Hitotsubashi ICS also encourages its students to experience the real business world by embedding its curriculum with programs such as internships and field studies, where students can earn additional academic credits.
